Brand Champions has been named winner of Best Flexible Working Policy at the European Agency Awards, held in Ibiza on 22 September.

Founder and CEO Fiona Wylie, COO Kerry Nicholson and Chief Client Services Officer Cheryl Wills collected the award on behalf of the agency, recognising a culture built around flexibility and a genuinely people-first approach to work.
Announcing the win, the judging panel praised the strength and authenticity of the entry, noting a clear sense of purpose and credibility behind the agency's founding story. They highlighted that flexibility and employee wellbeing at Brand Champions felt deeply embedded in the business, rather than treated as a token benefit.
For Brand Champions, that distinction is central to what the award represents. Flexibility has never been positioned as a perk; it has shaped the business from the outset. Trusting people to work in the way that brings out their best isn't an add-on to the culture, it's the foundation of it.
The agency extended its thanks to the judges for recognising a culture that can't be manufactured, and to event organisers Don't Panic Events and Agency Hackers for another standout night that reflected a genuine understanding of what independent agencies are striving to build.
Above all, the win was credited to the people who bring the Brand Champions culture to life every day, across every part of the business.
