Being independent has always been a big part of how we work. It means we can move quickly, stay close to our clients and put the right people on the right problem.

But independent doesn't mean we want to do it alone.

The Alliance brings independent agencies together, and that's what appealed to us. Being part of a community where people share ideas, swap notes and learn from each other is a good way to keep getting better at what we do.

Here's what we're most looking forward to:

• Training and development opportunities for our team

• Sharing best practice and seeing how the wider industry is tackling the same challenges

It's also good for our clients. Alliance members are verified by a third party and follow a shared Code of Conduct, so they can be confident in how we work.
