i. The prize draws are open to all Jersey residents, except for the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
ii. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free.
iii. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
iv. Entry mechanic: Entrants must design their own gingerbread man Christmas jumper and send a photo of their entry to hello@thebrandchampions.com with their name, age and parent or guardian’s name and contact number by 6th December 2021.
v. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
vi. The prize will be awarded to the winner on Thursday the 16th of December at 6 pm at Liberty Wharf.
vii. The winner will be chosen by the team at Brand Champion’s and their partners and will receive a Luxury sleepover for two, a Family Pizza Box a Percy Pig hamper and a Christmas goodies hamper. The winner and two runners up will receive their design created on a gingerbread.
viii. The winners will be notified privately by email by 10th of December 2021.
ix. Prizes will be awarded, in person, on the 16th of December 2021 and photographs will be taken of the winner(s) to be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
x. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
xi. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
xii. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
xiii. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
xiv. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
xv. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions as stated above.
xvi. Jersey law applies and the Jersey courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
xvii. If winners do not reply within 1 week, winners will be unable to claim their prize.
